    Very nice indeed Will, not too often that we get the whole of the bird in the same focal plane like this. Colours and details are shown well.
    I like the image very much, however, close inspection in PSCC does make me think it is a little crunchy here and there, (this is not very apparent when viewing directly from the website).

    Hi Will .... spectacular red kite shot !!!!!
    very well captured in the field .
    was the shot way under ?? looks grainy to me .... too grainy with the used kit , just my take . but I am maybe too critical

    I would give the processing another go and would try to avoid any local contrast enhancements .
