    hi folks .... captured this little fella while he was defending his territory , just outside my house .
    overall it might be a bit cluttered for some , but nothing I could have done .... other than massive D&B what I did not want to do .

    canon eos R3
    ef 500 is l ii + 1,4 tc
    hh

    f 9 , iso 2500 , 1/1600 sec , man exp

    processed with Capture One and pscc 2022 , slight crop

    Robin is exceptionally good, the colours and details are sublime.
    The background doesn't trouble me, it's the blurry aspect on and below the perch.

    thanks Jon I do understand your reservations , but it was in the bush not a clean set up .... so we all have to live with it
