One of Cape Corals Burrowing Owls, spent a fair bit of time with this little guy, who appeared far more relaxed with me than some of the others - great when you have so many individuals to choose from!

For some reason its presenting quite a bit darker on here than in PS

Lighting looks good to me Mike, details are good and I like the back lit feathers. He appears to be totally relaxed - good shot.

hi mike cool shoot and I do like rim light . processing does look good overall ..... I would expect a lower noise / grain level at this low iso , with such modern camera .

Hi Mike, nice image of a Florida Burrowing Owl. I like the backlight, the rim light is quite nice. Exposure and detail look good, the raised leg pose is typical. Thank you for sharing.

An attractive image, with nice rim lighting and raised foot. I'll have to get back to Cape Coral one of these days.
