    Default oops I dropped it!

Quite a number of Terns and Gulls in the afternoon at my new favourite location. The Tern tried to grab the fish from the Gull, but the Gull "won"...until it dropped it! Basic adjustments in ACR and PS.

Hey Paul, excellent capture of a peak moment in the action, nice that you got the two birds and the fish close together but not overlapping. Good wing position on both birds, and the dark underwing behind the tern's head is a good touch. Looks all very sharp, and the exposure looks spot on. Love the gull's eyes locked onto the fish, must have been frustrating to lose it. Great shot of the fish too!

    Cheers, David

Super action frame, Paul! That all three players are well-exposed and sharp is really outstanding. Love the details on the gull's topside, and the processing looks great throughout (at least on my laptop since I'm traveling). Well done.

I'd be alright with 10-15% more room all around, but other than that this is a super fun image with all parties look good...but especially so the gull. Of course the tern's wing tip just had to touch the gull's wing eh!

    Great action shot Paul.
Love the intensity of the gull's look as it try to catch the fish again.

    Thank you Daniel and Ramon.
Daniel: The original has more room so will take a look at the crop. Wing tip touch...good/bad?

Hi Paul, nice capture, love the action. On my display the blacks and shadows appear a little heavy, lightening them may show more detail. Nice image, thank you for sharing.
