    Hi Will,
You've caught this one perfectly. Great alert pose and HA, love the raptor glare and the outline around the eye. Looks very sharp without artefacts. The soft lighting has really brought out the details, particularly on the upper wing surfaces - love the pattern there.
    Cheers, David

The Sparrowhawk looks ideal Will, super colours and detail.

The perch I am afraid really makes the image look like a set up to me....... but the bird as I said looks super.

Unfortunately Jon, I never had any control over the perches...yes I see where you are coming from, it looks too good, especially for a Sparrowhawk to land on....but I don't think there will be many set ups get a visit from a Sparrowhawk everyday.....especially one that fills the frame.......the set up is well worth the visit.....kept busy with Jays, Woodpeckers etc....

Hi Will, the R6 scores, nice one and a great subject to boot.

Being parallel helped nail the subject and colours overall look good, yes you can tweak things to add more depth and tone, but... Fairly sure I know the location, but well worth the day out.

Not me, but a very good friend of mine who has done all the video and drone work. Have fun.
