Good behavioural capture, blacks and whites look good, composition looks fine.
(Oranges pinks and reds look too vivid to me.)

Very nice capture Andreas. Almost a comical look on the "receiver" bird and a dominant look on the "giver" bird I'm fine with the colours. Birds nice and sharp. photographed these birds many times but never caught the mating act.

    Hello Andreas,

Very nice behavioural image of those birds, POV is great, nice colours, well framed. Well exposed and image quality is great, well processed and presented.

    Kind regards,

thx folks , your comments are very welcome and much appreciated .

@ Jon ... to me the colors are looking good and natural . as the intenser colors ( if present ) might come from the processing , even if one does not push the colors specifically
