Ho Paul. A very nice environmental image here. Some might feel the BG is too busy, but I'm fine as is. The bird is nice and sharp (although on my monitor it does look a little over sharpened) with lovely colours. TFS

Such a pretty bird and I like the environment Those vibrant yellows and greens are lovely, framing works, cute pose - I guess this little one was stretching...

All I would do is perhaps darken further those brighter branches ( like the one on the RHS of the frame ) and go back on contrast a bit ( blacks on the bird are a tad heavy IMO).

You should be very pleased with this, nice image Paul !

    Kind regards,

Hi Paul, pretty warbler. I like the spruce or fir perch, reminds me when I live up north. Not sure how close you were, the depth of field appears to fall off quickly. As has been said sharp where it counts. I like the image, thank you for sharing.

Thanks, it was cropped a bit, but I wasn't too far away. Love these guys and liked the perch a lot, it was a cloudy afternoon but light wasn't too bad.
