    I posted a Western Spinebill yesterday posing on a stick. Here is another (different bird) in a different habitat.

    Beautiful image, Tony! Your composition and DOF (depth of focus) are right on! The bird is nicely in focus throughout, even with the somewhat shallow DOF. The overall lighting is nice but maybe a shade bright? You might try adjusting the high and midtones just a bit to get a more natural looking scene. Really nice image as is though! Good work!

    Nice image Tony, the eye looks pretty sharp, good pose. I might try to tone down the bright branches in the background. Neat looking bird.

    I think your composition is perfect Tony. :) Whites especially on the neck seem a little on the hot side. What a neat little spinebill. Never saw an image of our western species yet. Thanks for sharing. :)
