Hi Joe ... does look very good in terms of IQ and I specially like the wind swept feathers !!!
Perfect lighting and I do like the overall color and tone combo.
If you have a bit more room all around would be nice IMHO and does it need a counter clockwise rotation ??
I know that bird. Agree that the bird could use more room as well as the need for a CCW rotation. I think the shot would have benefitted from a lower POV as well. That said, IQ is there.
Thanks everyone for viewing and commenting. Here is a edit rotating the image a bit CCW and more room all around. I couldn't shoot a a lower POV because I was running ahead of the bird to stay on the light angle as it walked along the surf line.

Always a treat to see this species. Sometimes the sloped beachline makes it tough for the straight horizon, but good call by fixing it. I love the wind-swept feathers as well.
