Here's another frame from Kentucky. This time the perch wasn't spontaneous; I hung the speaker the end of on broken branch dangling from a tree
and -- miraculously -- the bird flew directly onto it when the audio began. I guess the sun shines on every dog's *** at least once in a while....

Smoothed out the BG by increasing exposure on several darker patches
Better than the first one. It is singing its heart out! The perch looks just fine to me.

I just went to take a look at "Take 1", and I like this one better as well (first one is good too though) for the pose, colours, and perch (no oof part). I love the raised crested feathers. Audio does not always work as hoped, but when it does.....
