Sorry John, the bow of the tree just kills the image for me, too big and intersects the subject, colours look good.

With that set up I trust the kit is insured!!!!

That huge trunk is unfortunate, but the nest itself is so cool. Seemingly eye level too! I'm sure as the chick grows you'll get soo many opportunities - and hope the parents land on the other side of the tree. Regardless, I'd be paying many visits if that was near me!

    Hello John,

What an amazing sighting and opportunity, hope you get many more with the chick growing up! I too wish the tree trunk was not so prominent but I suppose the set up is rather delicate and not easy to move around

    Kind regards,

Hi John, neat having the nest at eye level. The eagle and the chick look great but I am with the others who commented that the intersecting limb is unfortunate. Maybe another vantage point? Thank you for sharing.

Hi John ... a cool image , just the large dominating tree trunk is not that great .

Very cool to see the nest upfront and eye level, but agree the tree trunk just dominates the image

Hey Dan, I have a feeling that the other side of the nest is the downhill side. Yes, the fat branch is a pain but the image is well done.
