    That's much better Kurt, the crown is a great touch to the portrait, just watch the HL's on the perch, that needs to be darkened so they are less severe and I might not even sharpen it, leave that for the subject. Killer backdrop.

    Hi Kurt this one does look a lot better in terms of NR and sharpening , IMHO.
    Color and tones looking very nice , not to mention the nice soft BG and the clean design .
    I think I do not see the need of sharpening the perch , it is starting to look crunchy .

    The bird looks pretty cool fine details and tones, the perch appears a tad bright and I agree do not sharpen it. The background is featureless, on a personal level i would prefer to see some subtle detail or differing tones but I appreciate most folk like them featureless.
