Hi folks .... I was quite brave during that Sambia trip , again getting low to get the shot .
This lady was very relaxed , but kept an eye on me .... maybe waiting for a chance .

Image captured in the buffer zone of South Luangwa NP .

This is really beautiful Andreas, superb work.
Set aside the great POV, detail is there and colours spot on, nice framing and pose is superb - your loveliest lion image to date, as far as I am concerned

    Kind regards,

Great POV Andreas and the fixed look is compelling. Again, perhaps a tad more mid tone and a hint more content above, it's a wee bit tight to me. If you add say '10%' (can be more...) to the top, add the same to the RHS.

Stunning low POV Andreas! Lovely relaxed pose and eye contact. Love the soft light and colours. Nice techs too. Lovely image.

Thanks Gabriela , Steve and Sanjeev .

Gabriela .. glad you like this one . I think this is not my " best " one to date when we are taking about Lion images , but we might see things differently

Steve ... i am good with the tonal range and depth , but for sure one can go a bit further in the mid tones without any harm to the image . The space you asking for is in the original , I thought it could go for a tighter pano . Will think about it ...

Sanjeev ... thank you for your kind words , much appreciated

    Cheers Andreas

Looks spot on to me, I agree a little more headroom would be beneficial.
