... while this guy was waking towards me , he gave me this snarl for a second . Then making its way past me , without taking any further obvious notice of mine ..... while I was positioned on foot next to the vehicle . First time for me .

He's still playing Andreas, the tail is up.

Overall I like it, perhaps a tad less at the foot, yes to darkening the FG as light gets lighter the mote it moves away from you. However... I think it just need some more tonal depth, perhaps more Midtone, everything appears an even light, but just my take.

Thanks Steve ... his playing was already enough for the GSG . I was happy to get sharp results .... as I was quite excited and a tiny bit unsure if I should stay or jump into the car .

I think you are quit right with your suggestions , I think you mean adding more tone to just the subject .... or do I sit on the wrong horse ??

A demo would be preferred from my side

    Cheers Andreas

Been there, seen it, done it! If Rachel was still her she could tell you about the male that changed us, no idea what I would have done either if he fulfilled his charge, all I know was... I was on the menu!!!

Away Andreas only the laptop so not ideal, but perhaps more Midtone and a mode selection????

The background doen't seem bad to me my first impression was it gets my attention, good DOF and sharp. Next I looked at the lion's coat, I think it needs a little more contrast, his mane for example needs a little more "thrutch" as my old Grandpa used to say! I have attached a suggestion.

A cool image ANdreas -- must have been really thrilling for you. I liked the pose and the expression . IQ is pretty good , you have handled the tricky lighting conditions quite nicely.

    Nicely done.

    TFS !
