Something a bit different. We had a milder day a couple of weeks ago, and puddles were forming in the middle of a quiet road. Many birds were taking advantage of it to bathe in those puddles. I maneuvered my car to the side of the road and laid down flat behind it to prevent spooking the birds as they went on their merry ways splashing around the water. Lot's of fun poses, here's one of my favorites.

Very creative Daniel. Took a second to figure out the head tilt on that one! Fun point of view.

It is good to see you are still crawling around on your belly like a reptile. Reminds of the old days in Florida. Some kids never grow up! Which is good.

Hi Dan, I see the R6 is bringing out the more playful side of you and going for something a bit more off beat for you.

I like the water splashes which certainly convey the behavioural aspect, likewise framing with the subject slightly off set and low POV. ISO6400, welcome to the 'ISO mile high' club, something you could not have dreamt about with the 7D.

Really great angle Daniel w/ nice and shallow dof. Everything is frozen nicely for this type of action.

Great to see the eye coming through. Nice to view and well processed.

Really nice action. Love the water splashes and glad to still see the eye. Nice work!
