    How cool was this! An American Robin fishing, and eating minnows this winter. It was fascinating to observe, and glad it provided some excellent photo ops too. To read abou tit, and see more images, see my new blog post here:

    My man, that's something you don't see every day. Who knew they would take a minnow? That's a lunker lol.

    Very nicely exposed and processed. Angle is great and love the clean look at both eyes. Well done!

    Daniel:

    A dramatic and totally unexpected image! We have a lot of robins in Michigan, and I have never seen one fishing. Maybe that is where some of the small fish from my backyard pond have gone.
