I captured this image of a Turkey Vulture at Stick Marsh early yesterday morning. I went looking for Spoonbills (very few) and found a Vulture. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

Hi Joe ... a top notch portrait , IMHO .
I do agree not the most " attractive " bird on planet earth .... but for sure very interesting what Mother Nature has in her pocket to offer .
Nice colors , tones and extracted details . Processing looks good .
I like these guys, especially when they have a larger crown of "hair" like this one does. Nice to see a clean bill. The iris looks like it may have been worked on as it has a bit of an "enamel" look to it, but tough to tell for sure. Nice portrait!
