That is a real peach of a shot, sharpening looks excellent colours great and the wing position is optimal. What more could you ask for......well maybe a couple of water droplets!

This is just about perfect Kurt. Stunningly sharp, gorgeous pose and nice bkg colors to offset the brown.
About as good as it gets!

Hi Kurt, nice, the overall sympathetic colours work well and I like the crop, but to my old eyes, the eye does appear slightly soft and perhaps a bit more localised USM, might just help?
When sharpening, yes it is ‘perceptual sharping’ (does it look/appear sharp) so not just globally apply any sharpening to the subject, but no harm in additional, more localised sharpening, as some areas may or may not need more than others.
BTW, is this a crop or almost FF, if a crop be good to know and add into the intro, it does help when folk are viewing.

Hi Kurt ... pretty nice job in capturing this fast flyer .
Colors and tones are looking very pleasing to me ... as does the composition .
Was thinking that the image needs a touch more sharpening .... so I would like to echo Steve's old eyes here
.
Very well done overall , TFS Andreas

She looks quite content with that subtle smile. Perfect parallel pose and wings down position, feet neatly tucked in under the tail. That small dark "drop" behind the wing really does pull my eye to it despite its small size - you could spot-healing brush it away.
