Hi Volkan, always have loved the black crowned heron, especially the eye.
I believe that perhaps the eye just is not sharp on this one as some other parts but it could just be my perception.
Otherwise, I think you have quite a bit of room to increase exposure as it feels fairly dark to my eyes and probably a bit of a green hue (some white balance correction).
I think a little room for improvement but still a pretty cool flight shot!

A nice effort. That red eye really sucks us in. So that's good.
I agree the frame looks better with the exposure boosted.
I'm surprised by the amount of noise on the underwing given this shot was taken at ISO 320.
