    Hi John, lovely eye level perspective, and well exposed on the darker plumage. I can see a hint of the iridescence on the side of the face. The eye pops nicely.

    A strong portrait, well exposed. The extra catchlight could be removed, in fact I wonder with that eye whether any catchlight is needed.

    They eye sucks you right in John. Man I love these close shots.

    Sweet exposure and details galore. Slight bummer about the super oof chest but in a portrait like this, doesn't matter much to me.

    Time to go get some corn..... :-)
