Went to shoot LEO and BO --- and had a good time -- but leaving I noticed a Black Phoebe perching on some wire stands surrounded by water catching little bugs. Next time I'll shoot him/her with the new 70-200 and 1.4 - but I only had my 600 so I gave it a go. Worked pretty well. Shows the clarity of Sony's glass (IMO). Anyhow, don't care for the colored bits in the bkg. It'd be a lot of work but may try and pull them off. But for now, going with what I got.

Personally I think by far your best image posted to date , none of the others coming close in terms of IQ .
All work for me here ... would not change anything in the BG .
I do always scratch my head when folks use NR at Low ISO values .... but hey all folks think different . Check the halos ... easy fix with better masking when you use any form of sharpening
