I like it. Without the tree BKGR we would not have seen the drops so clearly.

Paul, these hunters are so photogenic. You caught it nicely after a clearly recent fishing trip.
Like the tones a lot in terms of the darker plumage. The file appears nice and crisp.
The composition is solid; the trees really help offset the brighter blue sky and Artie said it, the splash droplets show nicely in front.
My only suggestions would be to try to get rid of some of the graininess in the bkg as it seems to be prevalent throughout. You might also see if you can pull back the highlights a touch.

Love the tree breaking the blue sky , adds a ton of interest for me .
Colors and tone looking ok , having the strong light in mind ... I would personally balance them a bit more , meaning a bit shadow lifting and highlight tempering .
