    Default Cape Fur Seal Kindergarden

Hi folks could not resist , when I saw this frame .... there are lots of hidden gems only drives which I never processed or even noticed
As I like this one a lot ... as it shows a seal kindergarden , with adults hidden in the BG and the three guys in the front are just posing so cool , without knowing they do .

Hope you find the image interesting as well as I do , if not well let us know .

    Canon EOS 1Dx II
    EF 200 - 400 IS L at 350 mm
    HH

    F 6,3 ; Iso 6400 ; 1/1600 sec ; man exp

Processed with DPP 4 and PSCC 2022 ; full frame ; removed some parts of seals on the bottom of the frame.

Wish I had shot this a bit wider for more room at the foot , but there were Seals in front .... so not a real option .

Thanx for looking and commenting to my previous thread

    Cheers Andreas

Well processed but for me it doesn't quite do the trick. The principal three are there as it were but the fourth right and the one behind the three are competing. Not much you could do about it, I feel its a good shot but it doesn't quite float my boat.

The poses on the front seals are nice. I don't mind the seals in the background. Gives a nice sense of the colony setting.

I like it Andreas. The three little ones in FG are cool with their flippers and pose is nice. Colours look good and the composition is good.

Kind of shots i like Andreas -- Loved the image with little seals flocking the scene and hence the caption. Blacks well rendered and the head turn symmetry is also working well in this image. A very nice indeed.

    TFS !

Thanks folks for your kind comments , much appreciated .

@ Jon - well there are always things that does not fit in a herd or colony , so I can really live with the shortcoming that you see .
