    Hi folks ... back into the forest .
    This time quite close to me , the Crow .
    Those nuts for the Squirrels seem to work well for birds .

    Canon EOS R3
    EF 500 IS L II
    HH

    F 4,0 ; Iso 8000 ; 1/1000 sec ; man exp

    Processed with DPP 4 and PSCC 2022 ; cropped for comp to 80 % of FF

    Lovely detail on the subject, and the BG adds a really pretty pop of color. Eye contact is spot on. Would be nice to have a bit more DOF across the shoulder, but you we up against it with the light and f/4 as it was. Nicely done.

    Super - spot on for me, the blacks and details are knock out, love the eye, the background contrasts nicely.

    Super shot Andreas.....The colours in the BG sure make the crow look at its best....Great control of the blacks which show good detail....Perfect HA.....Not easy making a common bird like a crow look attractive....Well done

    Just super Andreas! Man, the depth in textures that you pulled out is wonderful.

    The colors really make this and it's eery how cold the eye is (figure of speech, not color wise) as it feels like a b&w image on a color backdrop.

    The choice of comp works great. Just fantastic for ISO 8000!
