    Default Cerval hunting on saltpan

We managed to track this elusive cat on the last of our 17 night safari to the
    South Luangwa Nat Park- Zambia.
It was well worth the wait!
He was very cooperative, letting us spend a good 30 minutes with him AND his partner
who showed up near the end.

    C & C most welcome

    Cheers

Fine capture of a tough subject.. I like the hidden aspect of the subject int eh frame. Overall the image seems a tad dark. Nice catchlight and I'n suprised the eye didn't go green on you. I had a lot of problems with that in TX and I had my flash way off axis...

Many thanks for your positive comments Robert.
Your right about the BB, I had my wife holding it a good 4-5 feet off axis  to avoid
the dreaded green eye on this occasion.

    Cheers

The image is sharp. Nice pose. The picture overall is dark but can be rectified in postprocessing.
