Default Time for a Shower .... little boy

Hi folks ... got stuck in Kamtschatka , meaning in the folders

Nothing much to explain here from my side ... mum went unsuccessfully fishing .... and got rid of the water from the fur
    Two kids close by .
I actually wished for a better shooting angle , but had to take what I saw .

    Canon EOS 1Dx
    EF 70-200 IS L II + 2x TC
    HH

    F 5,6 ; ISO 200 ; 1/500 sec

Processed with DPP 4 and PSCC 2022 ; cropped for comp and the " busy FG " can be discussed if good or not ??!! I am 50/50 about the natural contrasty appearance .

Thanks for looking and commenting to my previous posting

    Cheers Andreas

I am wondering what would be a better angle? If you wanted to include the feet I suspect you would have been on a short focal length and then mummy bear may have been fishing for Andreas.
I like the image, the only criticism I have to offer is the right eye on mummy bear is a lot sharper than the left eye, having said that it is a dynamic image so in essence I am not really criticising just commenting.
The busy background isn't busy from my perspective, I bet when you were there you saw more detail than there is in this image.

I like the concept, but like the previous one, for me the colours look like a 'plug-in' script and not reflective.

ThanKs Jon and Steve for your comments , much appreciated .

@ Jon ... for sure I would have liked a lower shooting angle without the bank in front , easy a that . The left eye is hidden by water spray .... no chance for a clearer view . And I personally would have preferred a smoother FG not BG .

@ Steve - no special color treatment done from my side .

    Cheers Andreas

Liked the moment here Andreas -- and nice moment with the spinning head.

Agree with the shooting angle, there is too much of FG here. But you have to take whats on offer.

Wonderful dramatic moment however i fully agree about the bank in the foreground. However i dont feel the foreground is too busy. I actually think it would add to the finished product if it were not for the 'cutting off' angle
