Love this one Brian, different from the generally prim and proper feathering. Great light, BG and details. I probably would have worked on removing the odd blurry white patches.

You never know what to expect from post-preen shakes! Good BG, nice "perch". Sharp. Neat to see that one hiding falling water drop just above the foot! I could see a version with a touch less at right for my personal tastes.

Love the low angle, the ruffle, and the sweet light and BKGR. You might want to take the BLUE out of he single shaded feather. If it were mine, I'd try to lose the fluffy white on the edge of the gravel sandbar (gravel bar?).
