Super Will, I like as presented but a little more oomph wouldn't hurt. Perhaps lower brightness a little and increase saturation a little also.

What a sweetie Will. I'd love to shoot this species - heck there's lots over there we don't have here.
Super sweet pose, love the head tilt. Very nice detail and your lichen rich perches are always lovely.
Interesting on the crop choice, did you not like 2x3? I think at least a 5x7 might be nice with a little off the bottom.
Thanks for sharing, as always!

Nice pose, great subject, I would take some off the bottom.

Hi Will, Tits are great subjects, but sadly the perch running through the body and truncating the subjects isn't great IMHO. Overall its looking a bit flat and the whites in the face (RHS as viewed) appears to have some recovery work. The lichen on the perch is a nice touch, but again you can get more from it. Getting more tone and depth just adds more to the scene and gives that oomph I think Jon is referring too.

Thanks for the comments, appreciated....Hi Steve, the only thing I did to the whites on the face, was reduce the highlights and the blues...I thought it was quite cute, the way the bird was hanging onto the perch, with the bird 'angled differently', I don't think it takes too much away from the view of the bird...I have quite a few frames where you can see the bird on 'top' of the perch...I'll post one later.

Will, it's probably just a bright patch, but the head is so hard to deliver correctly because it's almost white. Might be worth just under exposing by a third next time to retain more in the head andd if you need to lift things it really won't affect IQ. Still a sweet image and yes the feet do appear to be clinging on...
