Hi Gus
Love the sharpness of the details. Great exposure. What is the purple just above the top of the petal? I am not sure that it adds to this wonderfully simple yet complex image.

I have been enjoying your delicate flower abstracts Gus and this one is beautiful. Great composition, colours and lighting and the purple is a good touch as far as I'm concerned. ANNFM (absolutley no nits from me). Your homework for the weekend is to try something with a bougainvillea - I've found this species difficult for abstracts and would love to see your interpretation!
gus, this one is worth a second comment. this is your best!! by far!! this is a classic and should be on the wall. if anyone has anything bad to say about this, we go hunt em down!!!!:D
I m not an expert but I know what I like and I like this very much. The subject is clean and in great condition with no obvious flaws. The colors are very pleasing and the image is tac on sharp. I also find the background to be very complimentary. I can only hope to make images like this some day. I tip my hat to you.
