    I captured this image of a Osprey at Circle B Bar Reserve in Polk County, Florida. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    Nikon D500
    Nikon 500mm F/5.6 VR AF-S ED PF + Nikon 1.4 III Teleconverter, camera and lens supported by a Oben carbon fiber monopod with a Wimberly MonoGimbal head
    1/3200 F/8 Highlight Weighted Metering EV 0 ISO 640 Auto 1 WB, image captured at 700mm (1050mm 35mm Equivalent)
    Post processed in Lightroom Classic, Photoshop CC 2021 and Neat Image for noise reduction
    Cropped for composition and presentation

    I love the view of those feet and talons! Exposure is perfect, and the slightly-craned neck shows some nice engagement. Hooked beak great as well. Excellent, Joe!

    Nice pose and the view of the feet gripping that perch are great. I do wish to see more of the perch though.

    I think flipping the camera to vertical would have been excellent here, but I still like the image with the view of the funky talons.
