I like the frame Dan. Really pretty colors in the lower bkg.

Nice flight angle and dof looks adequate. Solid eye contact.

I definitely think you have some room to punch up the mid tones and even a little room at the lower end of the histogram. I could see a touch more noise reduction, selectively too.

Otherwise, I might remove the black tree/blob at right for effect and you could consider moving the subject up a touch.
