I don't have near the shorebirds this time of year as in spring, but I do love photographing Snowy Egrets. They are so active and it makes for fun shooting....so hope no one is getting tired of seeing them.

Not tired of them over here, they are beautiful birds, even when looking a bit rougher like this one does. Sharp on the face. Excellent BG, with only a few whitish spots along (and under the bill) the top that I would try to blend in if mine. Good wing position, and fun drops trailing off the feet.

Nice pose with good detail on the bird. I do like the green water background.

sweet frame Kurt, these are ordinary birds but in a nice setting like this they can make a pretty file as you have shown here, I like everything

Kurt, definitely one of the sweeter frames from you, among many good ones.

Wonderfully exposed, really nice details and the darker, yet colorful bkg adds a bunch! Nicely sharp and solid composition.

Enjoy this very much, even those sweet drops left behind. Well done!

Snowies make great subjects, and this is a prime example. Lovely flight pose, exposure, background. Well done.

Lovely light and colors. Bkg is nice too. I'd stamp out the off whitish patch underneath the head but pretty sweet I'd say.

Excellent shot - great to see this being done with the 200-600 + 1.4TC. I think I need to up my shutter speed a little more.
