An image from my bird portfolio for the recently completed IFC contest. Here a bronzed cowbird and a red-wing blackbird battle over the perch. Used shutter priority with a shutter speed of 1/3200 to freeze the action

Wow, great action and the juxtaposed splashes of read are a real treat! I might tone down the perch a little.

Fantastic action and excellent control of the exposure. Did you considered the possibility of cloning out the perch and the oof green stuff at the right?

Great action and detail in the blacks. I would clone out the green bottom right. Well done.

Cloning cropping ect. was prohibited for the contest so I'm showing them as I shot them
