The exuberant, bubbly song of these little guys is common enough in the woods, but they are so furtive that I have never gotten a clear shot of one until now. This one popped up onto a branch just long enough to grab a shot through a maze of trees. From the Maine woods several weeks ago.

It's a lovely shot but I am uneasy regards processing, some feathers look clearly defined some areas of the branch also have variable appearances, soft and defined. Has there been some editing slightly to the right of centre just above the branch?

Bill, super sweet pose here. A classic Wren stance.

Sharp where it needs to be. The bkg is really pretty with the contrasting greens and gray/magenta.

If it were so kind as to give a touch more HA that would be great but nice, simple composition and a nice overall frame :-)
