The wet dove and perch look great - exactly why I love photographing in inclement weather. Good green BG too. I like the vertical comp. Sharp, and good colours. IMO there are not enough rain drops in the frame to make a positive difference, and for that reason I would remove both drops - the one touching the bill is especially problematic. Oops, there are actually three drops (one in extreme lower right corner).

I agree with the esteemed Daniel Cadieux -- the raindrops are too few to be impactful and the one near the bill is a distraction. Lose them :). The bedraggled bird makes a wonderful subject. I love the soft light, the framing, and the colors about the face. All in all? Excellent!
