Hi Jon, I'm puzzled, the grass and leaves appear Nic and sharp, but the cub isn't just quite there to my eyes, I don't think the tail adds anything, do you think the central placement works? I know you like the flexibility of the brand, but being limited to low ISO for me is a thing of the past, and I'm still to be convinced of the IS here. I might crop some of the FG. Overall nice light, but again perhaps pushing the Saturation/Luminance????? Is this FF?

I hope you get the opportunity for more before they grow up.

Steve, I didn't want to crop too much, I wanted to include as much of the surroundings as I could. I appreciate it is not a work of art, that is not my style. Sharpness is OK not perfect, regarding the equipment I made my bed I will lie in it, I like Olympus it has some shortcomings but lots of advantages we have had this debate for two years now lets put it to bed. I may well have some at ISO 3200 of this scene I'll check. I'll have a look at Sat/Lum

    Good evening Jon,

Love the puzzled look here from the little fox, so cute, such pretty face, beautiful pose I also like the lush environment and the fact that we can see the den.

Would have removed the tail in the ULC though. And cropped out a bit from the RHS and from the bottom to move the subject a little off centre and eliminate OOF foliage. But I suppose you wanted to include all the evidence of movement around the den... which I admit is pretty cool and points to behaviour. By the way, have you seen the cubs play?

Regarding sharpness - perhaps a bit more, especially on the subject's face? I really like this image and hope to see more, thank you for sharing Jon.

    Warmest regards,
    Gabriela Plesea
