    Default Carmines tussling mid-flight

We observed a colony of Southern Carmine Bee-eaters at their nesting site on the bank of the
Luangwa River, Zambia. Swarming and jostling for best bank side position. We were parallel to
the bank via a special boat hide, which gave us a great vantage point and plenty of opportunities for
    some great images.

    C & C most welcome

Great interaction Marc! I think some fill flash or + EC would have helped bring out more detail. It appears that you tried to do it with Shadows/Highlights, and the result is a bit of noise. Thanks for posting!

The interaction is great. I wish the sun would have been behind you. You could have increased the ISO for higher shutter speed and/or wider DOF. Keep them coming!

Fantastic action! Wish I could see the eyes a little more, I like the parallel tails :)

I'll second the admiration for great action. The noise does detract a bit. Still, a wonderful opportunity to have seen and captured this scene.

Lovely interaction in midair here. A pity that the light is not on the birds entirely. :)
