This is a heavy crop from a noisy file captured in flat light, but I held onto the resulting frame as it represents my first decent image of this species.
Processing was much heavier-handed than usual, so it'll be interesting to see what folks think of the result. The white balance gave me fits in this
instance, so I particularly welcome any suggestions on that front.
I would have liked a bit more head turn towards me, but I think this is passable.
