Hi folks ... dived even deeper into my archive and found this image .
Taken back in 2010 .... never processed or presented .
Location was the dutch island Texel .

    Image was a " disaster " as photographed ... but I think I managed a decent output file .
    Hope you like it

Looks a lot more than decent. Lovely bird, nice singing pose, sharp, and the perch ain't bad either. I was on Texel once; sunny with northwest winds every day :(

Awesome pic, love the colors and especially the blue of course, just wonder if the the bottom extra branch shouldn't be edited out? But fantastic pic none the less

What a beautiful bird this is! Quite an apt name as well. Sharp, great colours, good comp. There is an artefact just around the tip of the twig below the tail that needs cleaning up, but overall this frame is quite appealing.

Thanks Wayne and Daniel ....for your comments .

Daniel .... it is a natural artifact , and there are more around other areas of the twigs ....
