    I posted this image last January soon after I captured it. I wasn't satisfied and kept revisiting the image, processing it again and again trying to find the key to unlock the image. I think I am satisfied now... WDYT? Image captured at a stop along Blackpoint Wildlife Drive in Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, Merritt Island, Florida. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    Nikon 500mm F/5.6 VR AF-S ED PF, HH
    1/1600 F/5.6 Matrix Metering EV +2/3 ISO 1400 Auto 1 WB, image captured at 500mm (750mm 35mm Equivalent)
    Post processed in Lightroom Classic, Photoshop CC 2021 and Neat Image for noise reduction
    Cropped and a little canvas added to position the bird for composition and presentation

    Joe, love that you spend the time to get it right to you.

    I think I recall this one, then there was one similar shortly after correct?

    Regardless, I think you got it right one from my view. Nice composition adjustments, pinks and whites look great, just the right bit of authentic grain to it.

    Hi Joe, nice incoming shot and I like the jaunty HA, looking lightly towards you. Did you under expose as there is some colour noise in the wings? I wonder if adding say an inch of canvas below it might balance out, so the subject as room to fly into?
