    Default Stop Staring !

A young male tiger by the water hole as it paused for a bit while drinking to glance at us at Tipeshwar. Composition may not be ideal but I liked the muscular forelimbs and the intent stare.

I like the colours and details, I presume you cropped off the rear end for a good reason but if no particular reason I think it may look better.
I find the close up view of the head really grabs my attention.... can't stop looking!!

Hi Sanjeev ... very nice intimate look , that the tiger gave you .
DOF looks spot on .... as does the sharpness /fine details .
I can see some potential in the black stripes to create a tiny bit more oomph . The shooting angle is what it is ... as are the brighter OOF areas .

Hi Sanjeev, here I feel going tighter with the 500 might have been more appealing and really grab the viewers attention with hat gaze. BKG is not ideal, would suggest darkening it.

Wonderful sighting, love the direct stare from this beautiful tiger, Sanjeev - makes the image for me.

I find the composition somewhat awkward though. Agree with Steve on darkening the BG, and maybe dealing with those bright bits too ( is it grasses?), especially those between the subject's ears.

That pink nose is delightful. And hose long whiskers, nice and sharp. Detail looks good. Would be nice if you could give a bit more 'oomph' to the tiger - perhaps a slight curve adjustment.

Enjoyed viewing, and thank you so much for sharing. Sorry to comment so late, Sanjeev.

    Kind regards,
    Gabriela Plesea
