With the lack of rain and heavy drought we have been in, many of the normal species I see this time of year are either missing or in small numbers. Hope this isn't too boring of a species.

    Kurt:

Nicely exposed, nice calling pose and head angle, good detail. Perch has enough detail to add interest.

The image is a bit monochromatic, with matching colors in bird, perch and Bg. Personal taste.

    Cheers

I like it. Nice BG, pose, especially the angry look of the bird with the ruffled feathers. Very interesting.

The bird looks tired. I do like the perch, pose and background.

I quite like the shot for the monochrome effect. Good IQ and calling adds to the shot.

Great calling pose. I like the coordinated colors, and the weathered perch. Looks like he just took a bath - maybe a dust bath?

Kurt, for a simple sparrow this is quite nice. Great pose, solid IQ and the perch is interesting enough to really add.

Love the smooth bkg as is customary for you.

Not a ton to add, just a nice clean frame to view. Well done!
