Nice shot Fabs. I've tried this sort of thing with a manual zoom barrel but it hasn't produced a twirling effect yet...although one shot I am proud of is a city scape taken with a barrel turn. Any tips for these creative scapes?

Paul, thanks! I find zoom blurs work nicely with cityscapes. Use single point AF, focus in what you want the center to be, and zoom away :)Originally Posted by Paul Davey

Thanks for the details Fabs. Although single point AF is not available on my camera model (well, the model I used). Well, at least I don't think it is. Its not a DSLR. It was a cityscape at night. On my Flickr profile but will post here tomorrow :)
