Hi Jon, tough conditions indeed, but you did well considering.
If this is a crop then more below would be nice, it's too tight to the foot. I do like the posture expecially the open beak, calling and here I don't mind the branch through the tail. overall I find the colour a tad off with the whites/warm beige being hidden by the green/yellow. In addition it needs more selective sharpening too, detail is there you just need to use more sharpening and not rely on Topaz if you are still going that route? If you were in your 'Lumber jack' mode with pruning, then the stem under the main one can go, can't see any reason for keeping that in.

Good to see the Warblers back Jon...Still not a lot to see up here....Nice pose and the bird calling adds...I agree they are difficult to get them out in the open for a clean shot. I can see detail in the head but appears to be needing some sharpening.

Jon, Warblers are showing up here now... about time.
I'm good with much of this frame, outside of the stray branches. A bit unfortunate with the extra shadows but the calling pose really draws your attention.
Perhaps it would benefit from a bit more sharpening on the eye? May just be my view.

I pretty much agree with what's been said already about sharpening and the branches. Still nice job getting this in this open of an area. I like the calling pose as well!

Ditto all the comments above. The mixed light and the shadow on the left side of the bird's breast are problematic for me. In a perfect world, the bird's head would have been angled more toward us as it is turned away from the centerline of the body.
That said, I know that these little guys are super-tough.

Tough to get these guys in the open. Cloning looks good. I like the calling pose.
