    Here is another frame from a little over a week ago with the Green Heron I posted earlier. I was mostly trying to shot flight shots when he stopped by, if you're wondering about the higher SS.
    Sony A9ii, 200-600mm with 1.4 tc
    1/5000 at f/9, ISO 2000

    Very nice Portrait. I would back off from sharpness slightly.

    really nice and love the colors. MAybe clean up the bill and some stray items o the crest, chin... TFS!

    Very good portrait.

    Hi Kurt, like the HA and BG. nice light.

    on my calibrated 4K NEC this image looks a bit over sharpened and if mine I'd back off on the sharpening. the jagged artifacts in 45 degree plumage quite visible from here

    Nice view of this green heron. I like the framing and that green background.
