    I like the preening pose in this one. The colors look a bit off, how did you process the image? I would give it more room top and left. You could also apply some NR on the BG. Keep them coming!

    I like the posture as well and agree with Axel about more room needed at the top. At ISO 100 with the 1D I would expect the image to be very clean and smooth, which it isn't. Can't figure out where all the noise came from unless the image was hugely underexposed to begin with, or maybe there was some heavy-handed sharpening?

    I like the puffed out feathers and the preening pose. Looks a little more red than pink. I would definitely run some NR on the BG, and I would remove the green leaves and twig in ULC. Thanks for posting!
