Great Crested Flycatcher

I captured this image at Circle B Bar Reserve in Polk County, Florida. A overcast day, flat light, I wouldn't have been able to capture this image on a sunny day, it would have been way off the light angle. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

Great bird and so nice to have a pair.
I like the high key treatment. Image has an Asian design feeling to it
Angle a bit steep.
I find the foliage in the LLC a bit heavy- pulls the eye away. It would be super easy to clone out some or all of that foliage.

Very nice double! I also think it would look better minus the foliage in the LLC. I like the poses and good head turns from both subjects.

I like it Joe, nice couple and also like the Spring vegetation in the corner. Colors look so vivid in the flat light, well done.

Very nice Joe. I agree with the +ve comments given. My only nit pic is the shoot that extends into the bird's face.

Lovely shot, Joe. Good poses from both birds, and sharp. The flat light really helped. I don't mind the foliage in the LLC, although I could see a version without it. Like Paul, I feel the sprig that extends into the face is unfortunate. A bit tricky to remove it. I'd be very pleased to have this one, just as posted.
