    I captured this image along the west shore of Lake Parker in Lakeland, Florida. I had just put my kit together and stepped away from the vehicle when this beauty flew by. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    Love the wings fully-up and the high-key presentation. There seems to be some noise in the darker tones of the near-underwing.

    Hi Joe nice capture .
    I do like the flight pose and the general color ... maybe a fraction less saturated .
    I wish this frame would have the same IQ as the Pelican you have just posted .

    Excellent flight pose, beautiful colours. Noise acan be easily dealt with. I do feel the spoonbill could go lower in the frame. From your description it sounds like a "grab shot"...good job!
