    Hi all. This Australasian Darter was captured in flight at sunset recently. Cheers.

    Nikon D500/500PF, 1/3200th sec@f6.3, iso1000. manual mode HH.

    Paul, sweet light on this one man!

    Great job grabbing it at an ideal light AND flight angle. Looks nice and sharp.

    Was the head angled more toward you than the body? Eye just looks a little more narrow vertically sort of implying such.

    Overall, a quality frame from my view :-)

    Hi Brian: Thanks so much for the feedback. Yes, this is just as the bird flew past...sort of giving me a "who you looking at?" stare...which I really like.
