    Created as fiery orb hit clear horizon. Had to abort landing as neighbors were not happy...

    Fun story telling image. Wish you had a bit more DOF. Perhaps tone down the whites on the leading edge of the storks wings.

    Landing bird is sharp, too bad the cormorants not in DOF... IQ looks pretty harsh for iso500? Maybe just the light...

    Well done on capturing this David...Great looking behaviour and a nice POV...I like how it shows the difference in size between the birds...Every picture tells a story, and it sure does here.

    David, a frame like this is just fun and enjoyable because of the moment.

    Yeah it may lack some of the traditional idealist characteristics like colorful backdrop and such but the story wins.

    A nice frame overall. Man, that cormorant neck looks really streched out. Framing is right on with the wood stork. Also like how it's feet are between the two branches.
